Job Description
JOB DETAILS:
We are a dynamic and growing organization looking for a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
4. Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking, benefits enrollment, and annual salary reviews.
5. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
6. Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations and keep abreast of changes in labor laws.
7. Manage employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and employee events.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
9. Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR programs and processes.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational culture, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
1. Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in HR or full ZIHRM membership is a plus.
2. Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in HR management, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
3. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
5. Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Office suite.
