Brief Introduction
Chenguang Biotech is mainly engaged in the cultivation and processing of paprika and marigolds that is being exported to international markets. By now, its two farms located Sinazongwe & Chibombo cover an area of above 7,000 hectares. It would offer a huge platform to achieve your brilliant career.
Position: HR Officer-01
- Full grade 12 certificate
- Degree in Human Resource Management Member of ZIHRM
- At least 3 years of working experience Under the age of 32.
Required Skills
- Understands collective Bargaining Processes
- Understands grievance Procedure & Disciplinary procedure
- Able to conduct different types of case hearings
