Job Description


We are seeking a highly organized and self-driven Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR and IT, with an eye for detail and a natural inclination towards meticulousness. You will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth operations, managing data, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and organizing documentation.
  • HR Coordination: Assist with HR-related tasks within the sales department, such as onboarding new team members, managing employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and other tools. Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
  • IT Coordination: Provide basic IT support to the sales team and liaise with the IT department to ensure all tools and systems are functional and up to date.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency within the sales support function.
  • Time Management: Ensure that all tasks are completed within the required timeframes, demonstrating strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Organization: Maintain an organized work environment, manage multiple tasks effectively, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support role, with a background in HR and IT.
  • Skills:
    – Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
    – Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    – Basic IT troubleshooting skills.
    – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    – Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    – A self-driven, proactive approach to work.
    – Time observant with a strong sense of urgency.
    – A meticulous personality with a natural inclination towards order and precision.
