Job Description

Title:	Head Talent Management and Development
Closing Date:	03/11/2025
OVERALL PURPOSE
To design and implement cohesive talent management, culture transformation, learning, and employee engagement strategies that strengthen leadership capability, drive high performance, and promote Zamtel’s values-based culture.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications:	Degree in Human Resources Management
Professional Registration:	Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
Minimum Experience:	7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in talent management, organizational development, or culture transformation with Minimum of 3 years managerial experience
Key Skills:	Change Management Employee Engagement Learning management systems
