Title:	Head Compliance

OVERALL PURPOSE
To provide expert leadership in the management and coordination of Zamtel’s compliance program across all operations and business units
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications:	Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Governance, or Risk Management
Professional Registration:	Professional Certifications in Compliance, Risk Management, or Regulatory Affairs
Minimum Experience:	Minimum of 5 years’ experience in compliance, legal, audit, or risk management roles, including at least 2 years at a supervisory or managerial level.
Key Skills:	Practical knowledge of compliance risk management methodologies
