Job Description


We are looking for a highly organized, efficient Secretary to join our administrative team at Breath of Heaven ( Primary Section). The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the school principal, ensuring the smooth operation of the School’s administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the school calendar, schedules, and appointments.
  • Handle correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Provide secretarial support for meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
  • Manage and type assessment tests.
  • Ensure the School’s reception area is welcoming and well-maintained

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must have a full grade 12 certificate
  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Must be between the ages of 30 and 40 years.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Friendly and welcoming
