Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food & beverage supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
Proven ability to oversee daily operations of a food & beverage department.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field
A track record of maintaining high standards of customer service and team performance.
Duties
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food & beverage department to ensure excellent service delivery.
Supervise, train, and motivate staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, as well as food quality and hygiene regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and control costs.
Create and manage staff schedules to maintain adequate coverage during all operational hours.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Prepare and analyze sales and performance reports for the food & beverage department.
Assist in menu planning and pricing to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of proven experience in food & beverage supervision.
Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Food & Beverage Management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Advanced understanding of food service operations and quality standards.
Ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
Good physical stamina, as the role may involve long hours and being on your feet.
