Job Description
Tumeny is a fast-growing fintech company looking for part-time Customer acquisition Officers. We offer cloud-based payments, bookkeeping, and invoicing solutions for businesses.
Job Summary
The Sales & Partnership Manager is responsible for growing our business in Zambia. You will play a vital role in generating B2B sales and partnerships. As a Sales & Partnership Manager,
you will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, developing interest, and closing deals as well as building partnerships
Responsibilities:

- Identify, qualify, negotiate, and close new sales and partnership deals
- Research and identify potential clients for the company’s products and services
- Develop plans to reach out to potential clients and convert them into clients
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress toward sales goals
- Meet/exceed your respective monthly and quarterly targets
- Build strong relationships with target merchants and partners
- Be passionate about conveying and demonstrating the value of our fintech product to win new sales opportunities
- Act as the single point of contact for customers and assume responsibility for the escalation of issues to the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of proven track record in sales or partnership positions preferably selling B2B digital solutions
- Experience working in a fast-paced (Fin)Tech company is a plus
- Experience working with Financial Institutions is a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel to meet with clients
