Blackstone Strategy Partners Limited is a multidisciplinary advisory firm dedicated to support businesses in their African entry and expansion success. Blackstone is looking to hire a young, dynamic, and self-driven individual to join our team as a Finance Analyst. We are seeking for someone passionate about efficiency in problem solving tasks, and ready to contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations: Assist in managing day-to-day financial tasks, including budgeting,
    invoicing, processing payments, and performing reconciliations.
  • Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, helping to ensure timely and accurate delivery to management.
  • Auditing: Provide assistance during financial audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain organized financial records, manage office supplies, and liaise with external vendors and partners as needed.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with the internal team to streamline office operations and ensure smooth workflows across departments.
  • Data Analysis: Perform basic financial analysis and data input to assist with decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or administration roles (internship experience included).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a capacity to handle multiple
    tasks efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Work Ethic: A self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as
    part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
