FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE (NAMFEEDS) – LUSAKA

Responsible for marketing and selling of various animal feed company products, ensuring to generate leads, meeting sales targets whilst working with other assigned sales depot staff members ensuring to maintain an advanced product knowledge for assigned sales team across entire portfolio. Ensure correct information is passed on customers, foster trust relationship with existing and potential customers through action and proactive support. Provide training and technical specific support to customers as well as manage customer’s complaints including promotion of the NAMFEED animal feed brand. Ensure success of customer’s value proposition through immense understanding of their needs to achieve maximum sales budget and profitability. Conduct all duties with due diligence and at the highest levels of integrity, ensuring to effectively supervise and manage assigned sales team within assigned sales territory.

Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing and Sales/Business Management or related field. At least (5) years working experience. Able to work independently and under pressure. Must have positive momentum, oriented and creative, possessing thorough knowledge of sales processes including provision of innovative ideas for business growth. Must possess aclean and valid driver’s license.
