About the role:

Our client is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target and acquire new customers.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Conduct regular visits to customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and showcase our product offerings.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Utilize data to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
2 plus years of experience in field sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Can utilize a CRM system so needs good computer skills
Skills

Proven work experience as a Field Sales Representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Compensation:

The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
