Zambia Baptist Association, a Christian non-profit Organization is looking for a suitably qualified person to fill the vacancy of farm Supervisor at Lufwanyama Farm in Lufwanyama District of the CopperBelt.

Qualifications:

i. Full Grade twelve Certificate
ii. Diploma or Better in Agriculture/Management Studies
iii. Minimum practical experience at least two years
iv. Knowledge of Animal husbandry will be an added advantage
v. Must have the ability to operate farm Equipment
vi. Must be Christian with traceable references
vii. Must have a personal drive and entrepreneurship mind set
viii. Must have the ability to organize and supervise other farm workers
ix. Must be willing to stay in Rural area (ie) at the farm
