Objective: We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in an entry-level IT position.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements and business objectives
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our technology solutions
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems as needed
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Assist with the setup and configuration of software applications and tools
- Document and maintain IT procedures and documentation
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry
- Implement website updates and improvements as needed
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
Qualifications:
- Degree from a reputable institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong interest in IT and a desire to learn and grow in the field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem and analytical solving skills
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Software development is an added advantage
Graphic designing skills is an added advantage
