We are seeking a motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within our target enterprise market segment. You will build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understand their unique business needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a results-driven sales professional looking to make a significant impact.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential enterprise customers within the designated market segment.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, senior management, and key stakeholders within target accounts.
Understand the customer’s business objectives, challenges, and pain points to position our products/services as effective solutions.
Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and address customer concerns.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and discounts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the customer and the company.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful enterprise sales, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
