Set up and deploy email campaigns across platforms like SoE Exact, Campaign Plus, and Zoho.
Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and suggest optimizations.
Manage Zoho enquiry dashboards, respond to leads, and provide tailored follow-ups for high-value treatments.
Transfer “hot leads” to Treatment Coordination Officers (TCOs).
