We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Follow the safety rules and maintain a safety culture to achieve zero accident target.
2. Attend the complaints as per electrical & mechanical job orders issued by production department. And other area to minimise the Breakdown.
3. Plant shift operations
4. Preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment’s.
5. Coordination with ZESCO to align with power cuts & trouble shooting.
6. Fill up the reading in daily shift logbook
7. DG operations, maintenance of the DG, Compressor, chiller ,Boiler etc
8. Maintain the spares as per requirement in the plant
9. Implementation good maintenance practices to reduce the plant down time.
10. Record of fuel and electrical down time

Qualifications:

Grade 12 Certificate with minimum credits in Mathematics and Science
Diploma or Craft Certificate in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
