About Us:

A leading micro-finance institution committed to providing financial solutions that empower individuals and businesses is expanding its sales team and is seeking motivated and dynamic Direct Sales Agents to join in Lusaka, Ndola, Kitwe, Mufulira and Solwezi.

Position Overview:

As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s financial products and services to potential clients. Your role will involve building relationships, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients to promote micro-finance products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
    Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field (experience in financial services is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Basic computer skills.
