Panda Africa Solutions Ltd a company based in Lusaka is looking for 20 self-driven and motivated individuals to be employed as Direct Sales Agents.

Key Responsibilities:

Tasks to be performed by the Job holder will include but not limited to:

• Introducing company products to potential customers and close sales
• Researching competing products
• Identifying opportunities to increase customers
• Answering customer questions regarding product pricing, availability, features and benefits
• Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made
• Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly and yearly targets
• Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies
• Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers

Skills and Qualifications

The candidates must have:

• A full Grade 12 Certificate with the ability to retain important information.
• Have Exceptional customer service skills and negotiating skills
• Have Good written and verbal communication skills with a strong desire to grow with the company and move to full time employment where among the benefits are access to salary advances and loans for the employee.
• Self-driven, able to work with minimum supervision and willing to work from home with the ability to control your work hours but able to meet the specified target of the company.
• Willing to work on commission basis with career advancement opportunity to full- time employment for those that will perform better.
