As a Digital Marketing Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in promoting our brand, engaging with our audience, and driving growth. We’re looking for a creative and data-driven individual who can leverage social media platforms to amplify our message and connect with potential customers.

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns; create engaging content for social media, blogs, and email marketing.
SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines; manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, prepare reports on campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, respond to inquiries, engage with followers, and develop strategies to increase social media presence.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, manage subscriber lists, and analyze email performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Portfolio showcasing created content such as graphics, videos, or blog posts.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer)
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is an added advantage, not a must.

e)     Channels and Tactics: Identify the digital platforms and channels you will use to execute the campaign (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, email marketing). Explain why these channels are suitable for reaching your target audience.

f)      Metrics for Success: Define how you will measure the success of the campaign. Include specific metrics (e.g., engagement rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and explain how you will track and analyze these metrics.

g)     Optional Video Component: Create a short video (1-2 minutes) explaining your passion and why you are the right fit for the role of Digital Marketing Associate at Pamasola Resources.

e)     Content Quality: Is the sample content (e.g., graphics, videos, blog posts) high-quality and compelling? Does the content align with the value proposition of the mentioned company?

f)      Metrics and Measurement: Does the candidate provide clear and relevant metrics for measuring campaign success? Are the proposed methods for tracking and analyzing these metrics practical and effective?

g)     Video Introduction (if included): Does the candidate effectively introduce themselves and explain why they are a good fit for the role? Is the video engaging, professional, and well-produced? Does the candidate demonstrate a genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability? How well the candidate conveys enthusiasm for the role?
