DIESEL TECHNICIAN – ZAMHATCH IN MPONGWE (1)

The Required Skills for this Role Include:

• Carrying out service and repairs on all heavy goods vehicles.
• Performing routine and scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications etc.
• Assembling mechanical components according to specifications.
• Examining machines and overseeing diagnostic tests to determine functionality.
• Repairing engine failures.
• Carrying out services and repairs within time specifications.
• Completing job reports and processing paperwork.
• Repairing or replacing parts such as pistons, rods, gears, valves and bearings.
• Rebuilding parts such as crankshafts and cylinder blocks and
  And other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

The Required Qualifications are:

• Grade 12 School certificate or equivalent with at least 5 credits.
• Must have a minimum qualification of Craft Certificate in Automotive Mechanics.
• Must be computer literate.
• At least a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as Automotive Mechanics
