KEDA would like to recruit 4 Data Entry Clerk for its new operations in the Lusaka Multi-Facility Economic Zone (LMFEZ).

LOCATION: Lusaka

REPORT TO: Purchasing Manager

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY

We are looking for Data Entry Clerk to provide and deliver efficient and quality SAP data information maintenance.

Main Responsibilities.

Performing archiving and back up
Input of information into the SAP system
Checking workload statistics and system logs
Follow bulk purchase such as coal, box, diesel and producing materials
Contact and search for suppliers independently
The candidate will be required to work both in the field and office too.
Preparing reports for supervisors
Coordinating with other departments

Required Skills and Competencies

Grade Twelve with five O’ level which must include English and Math
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Purchasing and supply.
Knowledge of SAP software
