• Educational qualifications – University Degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Advanced working experience on MS Excel, Outlook, MS Word
• Previous sales experience
• Previous Customer Service Experience
• High standard of telephonic etiquette.

Impact You’ll Make:

• To identify sources where data can be obtained to build a quality CRB database.
• To maintain good relationships with institutions where data is obtained from.
• Hold meetings with various government institutions top enhance data sharing.
• To ensure that data from questionnaires and newspapers are loaded timely.  Batch reports of such data and source document of such data loaded must be properly filed and maintained for future reference.
• Obtain details from questionnaires that should be loaded.
• Prepare reports on identified institutions for data and results achieved. To record and document all actions related to data acquisition for reporting purposes.
• Obtain reports on data loaded by CRB and monitor the added value from such data
• Assist with preparing Business Reports, and invoice.
• Consistently meet and surpass set target.
• Represent the company in various forums as directed related to data acquisition from data sources excluding subscribers.
• Any other assignment within CRB functions that may be assigned by Supervisor.
