Job Description
Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for driving business growth? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Executive – Wholesale to provide operational service support on business tasks related to Liquid Zambia wholesale customers.
Responsibilities:
• Scoping and Pricing of connectivity solutions (IPT, MPLS, Ethernet, colocation, etc.) for Wholesale Customers (MNOs, ISPs, InfraCos, global carriers, etc.)
• Management and Aligning of the wholesale segment sales pipeline with the overall Commercial Business Unit (CBU) departmental sales pipeline.
• Verification of existence of Parent Mater Services Agreements (MSAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for closed Wholesale Orders including correct referencing.
• Custodian of all sales support documents (Service Orders/SLAs/MSAs etc) for wholesale customers
• CRM (CloudSense/Salesforce) Approval Management of Wholesale Orders.
• Credit-vetting Approval Management of Wholesale Orders
• Tracking Service Delivery (SD) of all Wholesale Orders
• Align Wholesale Business needs with Billing requirements on service suspensions and revenue collections
• Tracking of invoicing of new Wholesale Orders
• Schedule Service Review meetings with Wholesale Customers and action the subsequent meeting outcomes
• Co-ordinate Wholesale Business requirements with Liquid IP Engineering, NOC & Customer Experience initiatives/programmes
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electronics/Computer Science/Telecoms/Physics (minimum Merit) or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• 2 years proven experience in a similar role focused on Planning, Operation, or Management of a Telecommunications Network, and customer retention.
• Must be a member of EIZ or ICTAZ
• Strong understanding of Wholesale Business operations, sales strategies, customer relationship management, and customer experience best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting an Enterprise Sales Team and managing complex system.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver results within defined timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making for onboarding, sales generation, and customer retention within the Wholesale segment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
