Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products/services.
Ensure a positive and empathetic customer experience in every interaction.
Problem Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to find comprehensive solutions for customer concerns.
Product Knowledge:
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively assist customers.
Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability.
Order Processing:
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications.
Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, providing updates and feedback as necessary.
Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes through constructive feedback.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Generate reports on customer service activities and trends.
Customer Feedback:
Gather and document customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for enhanced customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
