CREDIT MANAGER

PremierCredit is a financial services provider operating in emerging markets in the SADC region. The company aims to be one of the leading fintech in Zambia that would offer online and mobile application micro lending services to customers in the most affordable, friendly, easy and convenient way.

As part of our expansion plan, we are inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, ambitious, self-motivated individuals to apply for the position of Credit Manager.

JOB BRIEF

This role of Credit Manager reports to the Chief Operations Officer of PremierCredit Zambia and is responsible for overseeing the credit granting process for the company. This role is to optimse company sales and reduce bad debts losses by maintaining the credit policy. And also assess the creditworthiness of potential customers and conduct periodic reviews of existing customers.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or any other related discipline;

2. At least 5 years’ experience in the Microfinance Institutions or Banks, of which at least 3 years in supervisory position.

3. Resident of Kitwe or be prepared to relocate.
