Position Function:

The Content Creator/Model/Marketing Personnel will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms.
This includes marketing videos, reels, stories, live streams, podcasts, Q&A sessions, and other digital formats to promote our services effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
– Create high-quality short videos, reels, stories, and podcasts showcasing our services.
– Host live streams and Q&A sessions to engage with prospective clients.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
– Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to improve engagement.
– Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Competencies:

– Creativity and ability to generate engaging content.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
– Basic video editing and graphic design skills are an added advantage.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

– Grade 12 Certificate; a Diploma in Marketing, Media, or related fields is an added advantage.
– At least 1 year of experience in content creation, modeling, or social media marketing.
– Familiarity with marketing tools and techniques.

**Salary**: Above the minimum wage in Zambian Kwacha (negotiable based on experience).
