Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Consumer Delegate. As a Consumer Delegate, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and building strong relationships with consumers in the Kitwe region.

Responsibilities:

Promote Shalina Pharmaceuticals’ products to consumers in the Kitwe area.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate consumers on the benefits and uses of our products.

Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from consumers.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing product awareness and sales.

Utilize your experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) to implement effective marketing strategies.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and consumer feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with exposure to FMCG.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory requirements is an advantage.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Copperbelt region.
