Collection Specialist – Operation team (please indicate reference CS in the subject)

MPC is currently looking for a Collection Specialist in the Operation division to hire:
Responsibilities:
- Collection Specialist should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. He/she will be responsible for collecting invoices payments, monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts, and contacting clients for the outstanding payments.
- Striking a balance between maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments.
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues, while updating account status records and collection status
- Involved partially in banking transactions and communications.
- Coordinating activities to ensure adherence to scheduled collection times
- Adhere to all safety standards, regulations, laws, and policies
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
2. Working knowledge of MS Office specially excel application
3. Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
4. Skilled in negotiation and achieving the targeted receivables .
5. Valid driving license
