Job Description


Locations: Lusaka, Chingola, Chipata, Kabwe, Kitwe, Mazabuka

The core functions for the Client Relationship Officer – Trainee includes growing, developing, managing and maintaining a high-quality savings and loan portfolio.

COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to clearly articulate product benefits, handle complaints, and influence buying decisions.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Proven ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
  • Understanding of industry trends, competitor analysis, and in-depth product knowledge to   provide tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and exceed performance expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES

Product & Service Marketing: Promote all FINCA products and services to potential clients using approved marketing tools and strategies.
Loan Operations & Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire lending cycle, including loan initiation, processing, monitoring, and recovery efforts for clients in your portfolio.
Savings Mobilization: Drive savings growth to meet and exceed agreed targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Grade 12 certificate holders with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
