Incorporation of Companies: Assisting with the establishment of both foreign and local entities.
Company Secretarial Services: Providing annual secretarial support to ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
Board Meeting Support: Attending meetings, preparing, and maintaining accurate board meeting minutes.
Regulatory Compliance: Filing statutory returns and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
Registrations: Facilitating the registration with various regulatory authorities and tax bodies.

Key Responsibilities
As a Client Advisor, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of client relationships, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Prepare and maintain statutory documents to ensure compliance.
- Provide expert guidance on Zambian corporate governance requirements.
- Draft and prepare professional Board meeting minutes.
- Attend Board meetings and support proceedings.
- Draft resolutions to implement changes within client companies.
- Facilitating registrations with various regulatory authorities such as NHIMA, NAPSA, ZRA Tax Registrations, WCFCB LCC Certificates.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A degree in Business related field such as Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or equivalent certification.
- 2–3 years of experience in professional services.
- Proficiency in filing procedures with PACRA, ZRA tax registrations etc
- In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
