Job Description
We are seeking a talented Chemical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing paint formulations, ensuring product quality, and improving manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical processes and an ability to innovate in product development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize paint formulations to meet performance, durability, and cost targets.
- Conduct experiments to evaluate new raw materials and additives for paint products.
- Analyze chemical processes to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and marketing, to align product development with customer needs.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout the manufacturing process.
- Prepare technical documentation, including reports and specifications for new products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to chemical processes and formulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in paint technology.
Requirements:
- Experience in the paint or coatings industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in chemical process modeling and analysis software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to chemical manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification : Diploma in Chemical Sciences or related field
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 3 years
