CARPENTERS – ZAMHATCH (7)

The Required Skills for this Role Include:

• Constructs, repairs, restores and installs structures such as floors, doors, walls, windows, stairways, furniture, cabinets, shelves, and roofs
•  Maintain doors, windows, furniture and other item
• Maintain building interiors and exteriors
•  Frames buildings including doors and windows
• Put up scaffolding and roofing
• Constructs wooden molds for concrete formation
• Repairs and constructs furniture and fixtures as necessary
• Operates and performs preventative maintenance on a variety of hand tools

Required Qualifications are:

• Grade 9
•  Craft Certificate/Trade Test in Carpentry and joinery
• One-year experience.

Required Attributes Include:

• Able to read drawings
• Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
• Physically fit for strenuous jobs
