EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

The Zambia Health Education and Communication Trust (ZHECT) is an indigenous Zambian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), registered under the laws of Zambia and dedicated to providing high quality health services, social behaviour change interventions, research and capacity building for the improvement of the health status and general wellness of people in Zambia. ZHECT has accumulated a wealth of experience in providing Sexual Reproductive Health and HIV prevention and mitigation services to organizations and community mainly in Zambia. ZHECT is therefore focused on HIV/AIDS/STI prevention, Sexual Reproductive Health, Gender Based Violence and Economic Empowerment among vulnerable and hard to reach communities.

ZHECT is bidding to facilitate the implementation of HIV Prevention works in 32 districts across the country in conjunction with Global Funds under the Ministry of Health.

To ensure smooth and effective implementation of the project, ZHECT is seeking applications from well qualified candidates for the following positions;

Capacity Building Specialist:

To ensure SSRs have the necessary skills, this specialist will develop and execute capacity-building initiatives for the SSRs and their staff

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Administration with a Master’s Degree in a relevant field, and not less than 5 years’ experience in executing a similar role.
