Job Title: Business Relations Manager

Position Overview:

As a Business Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance these relationships, driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for business growth.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on business development activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
