What we are looking for –

An experienced Sales Representative in IT Support / IT Managed Service with a breadth of knowledge across sales in the digital marketing and creative technology sector who enjoys working in a demanding but rewarding environment. You will be selling a comprehensive range of IT Support / IT Managed services, to new clients, as well as sourcing and generating new business opportunities.

Requirements
Mandatory Skills 5yrs+ experience of working in a Digital Agency:

Have a successful track record in business development
Comprehensive hands-on experience with a technical background
Business Analyst and Technical and IT support sales desired
Have proven B2B Digital Agency sales experience
Be keen and passionate about the digital industry
Be comfortable dealing with SMEs at the board/owner level
Demonstrable track record of high performance and tenacity to succeed in a fast-moving sales technology
Good understanding of Web Technologies, IT Support, and IT Management Services
Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
Keen to learn new technologies and techniques
Enthusiastic and polite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ensure proposals, reports and other documents are attractive, effective, clear, and accurate, enhancing brand identity
A high level of proficiency in:

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in IT Support / IT Managed Service
Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
Deliver key revenue and expansion of your business unit
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Lead management, seeking, qualifying, and responding to leads
CRM, tracking wins and obtaining client feedback
Develop and improve the business development processes and collateral
Develop an awareness of trends, the marketplace, and their competitors to help shape the business strategy
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
Provide sound information and advice, identify the needs of the customer and provide the right solution and feedback
Assist the new business efforts through your own professional network.

Lifetime Commission – We offer a guaranteed lifetime commission on all client deals you bring to the table.

Gross/Total Sales Commission – You’ll benefit from 10% open and 10% closing commission on any clients that you source who turn into customers, as well as commission on any recurring services such as hosting, maintenance, support, etc. If the customer continues to grow thanks to your efforts, your commission will continue to grow too.

R577 500 – R840 000 OTE (on target earnings) {uncapped higher earning proven / obtainable} – with an up to R126 000 per annum recoverable Commitment Basic Provided.
