Qualifications:

• Full Grade ( 12) Certificate (Mandatory)
• Degrees/Diploma in Business related course or related  field (Mandatory)
• At least (2) years of significant relevant experience in Microfinance or similar role

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of loan files
• Oversee file quality submitted to the operations support centers
• Contributes directly on occasional transactional activities to resolve complex or rush situations
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and areas for training
• Motivate team to produce required service results expected by both the borrowers and third party clients
• Set goals for individual team member performance the team’s performance and meet daily with the team to track the team’s success
• Review staffing constraints that may compromise our ability to meet objectives and make recommendations to Senior Management in order to solve these issues as they arise
• Plans, monitors, and administers the daily workflow and assignments to ensure the quality and efficient delivery of documents (including, preparation of loan documents for closing using specific product requirements and Laser Pro, execution of closing documents and post-execution quality control review, ), and other related department services
• Develops and monitors policies and procedures and team performance levels
