We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in providing top-notch bookkeeping services to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

-Maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, and transactions.
-Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
-Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure they are complete and accurate.
-Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
-Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and tax filings.
-Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
-Provide timely support for audits and other financial reviews.

Qualifications and Skills:

-Diploma or certificate in accounting, finance, or a related field.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably working with SMEs.
-Must be based in Solwezi, Zambia.
-Proficiency in accounting software (experience with QuickBooks and Sage is an advantage).
-Strong knowledge of Zambian tax laws and statutory requirements.
-Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
