We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Boarding Patron to join our team and provide exceptional care, mentorship, and support to our boarding students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the welfare, safety, and well-being of boarding students.
• Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
• Ensure discipline, adherence to school policies, and harmonious relationships within the boarding house.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular and recreational activities for boarders.
• Monitor students’ health.
• Maintain boarding house facilities and report any maintenance needs.

Requirements

• A passion for working with young people and supporting their development.
• Must have 2 years plus experience has a boarding Patron
• Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5′ O’ Levels and a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences or any related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Flexibility to stay at the facility.
