A Bakery Supervisor to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a bakery, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing staff, and ensuring that products are made to the highest standards. They supervise the production of baked goods, manage stock levels, and ensure that all equipment and facilities are kept in good working order. In addition, a Bakery Supervisor may be responsible for managing sales and marketing initiatives, coordinating with suppliers, and monitoring financial performance. Must have adequate baking skill, Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills which are essential for this role, as is a passion for baking and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
