1. BAKER CHISAMBA (6)

The Required Skills for this Role Include:

• Opening production area and carrying out loading stock for deliveries
• Making sure all equipment are clean, in good working condition and report all faults
• Cleaning all tools and maintaining clean and hygienic baking conditions in the bakery
• Baking different bakery production per recipe and target requirements
• Controlling all bakery equipment during use to set standards
• Following daily chore chart from the Supervisor
• Suggesting changes to the Bakery Manager, supervisors, and attending all bakery seminars, training, and workshops
• Constantly communicating with the bakery manager/Supervisor

The Required Qualifications are:

• Grade 12 certificate
• Food production qualification.
• 3 years previous experience.
• Required computer literacy levels
• Detail-orientated with the technical aptitude and ability to perform tasks accurately and comprehensively
