B2B Sales Specialist (Partner Acquisitions)

Our subsidiary company in the Tech Space is seeking the services of a Sales Specialist to facilitate building up of our partner ecosystem.

The B2B Sales Specialist will source, nurture, and develop a pipeline of prospective new partners to onboard on our various platforms. In this role, your primary focus will be to rapidly grow our number of Partners in order to have a sufficient supply base to serve our respective customers.

What will you do?

  • Develop a strategy to acquire new partners in your given target areas.
  • Develop joint business plans with clear goals, objectives, and metrics.
  • Support internal teams aligned to and in support of the growth of partnerships.
  • Carry out joint strategies with the partner to grow our joint business.
  • Manage initial partner enablement for solutions, skills, and go-to-market programs in conjunction with internal teams.
  • Establish and promote regular communication cadence with the same stakeholder constituents.
  • Work closely with Partner’s team to execute on partner business plans.

How will you do it?

  • Results-oriented mindset, must be able to demonstrate a track record of success in B2B and/or SMB Client or Partner Management or in bringing in new Partners, exceeding quotas, and maximizing revenue.
  • Engaging Presence – Use your interpersonal skills to effectively engage with partners, getting them excited to speak with you and learn more about how our solutions can help expand the partner revenue stream.
  • Drive & Grit – Operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus and determination to achieve high-quality results.
  • Be able to work in a fast paced global organisation across different business functions and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Partner Channels or Business Development, working with industry-leading partners.
  • Experience across multiple partner routes to market and resale.
  • Relationship-focused with a solid executive presence and proven ability to build credibility with partner and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment and make personal connections with technical-oriented people as well as C-level audiences.
  • Good planning and analytical skills; proven ability to apply these skills to complex situations with competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet expectations.
  • Highly collaborative work style with proven ability to gather consensus and take decisive and timely action.
  • Track record of achieving allotted sales quota.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and other software.
  • The ideal candidate will have work experience and/or network within the Fintech or IT space and/or in the transport, real estate,
  • Excellent command of English Language required.
  • Good Letter Writing, Email Correspondence and Report/Presentation skills.
