Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the position of: AUTO-ELECTRICIAN. The position reports to the Mechanical Workshop Foreman and operates within the Farm Area.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing diagnose, repair, and maintain the electrical systems in vehicles and heavy-duty machinery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize digital diagnostic equipment to identify faults.
- Troubleshoot vehicle electrical systems.
- Service, repair, and replace faulty wiring, electrical components, and systems.
- Propose repairs based on vehicle electrical systems diagnosis.
- Diagnose Electrical issues and recommend a cause of action.
- Repair damaged electrical components and parts.
- Service Electrical Automotive parts.
- Maintain a Clean working Environment.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
- Suitably qualified applicant must provide certificates which have been verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 School Certificate.
- Craft Certificate in Auto-Electrical from a reputable Institution.
- At least 3 years working experience with traceable references.
- Ability to operate electrical diagnostic equipment.
- Must be a Member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
