Job Description


Overview of Role

The successful candidate will be a quota-bearing sales persona and the primary purpose of the role is to find new business and will work directly with clients at a variety of levels as well as internal delivery teams. They will ‘champion’ the delivery teams’ understanding of the client’s solution requirements, and initiate improvement programs ensuring that the client remains committed to our solutions which leads to more sales opportunities.

Building and developing excellent stakeholder relationships with clients, fully understanding the client and the industry in which they operate will be a core focus of this role. A substantial amount of time will be spent on client engagement and engaged selling, but also liaising with internal teams to make sure the client’s needs are attended to.

Client Relationship

  • Client point of contact
  • Manage and grow relationships
  • Drive strategic conversations

Understand Business Landscape

  • Gain insight to business challenges and deliver value to overcome the challenges
  • Maintain high level of relevant knowledge for meaningful conversations and stay ahead  of trends
  • Analytics of the business landscape

Understand Sales Process

  • Have a clear understanding of navigating the SEE IT Sales process end-to-end
  • Understanding of SEE IT’s Sales Methodologies and tools
  • Track and update the Sales Pipeline

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Distinction in Science & Mathematics (O’ level or A’ level)
  • Fortinet NSE 4 or better will be an added advantage
  • Understanding of Internet Services will be an added advantage
