Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, record-keeping, and HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information.
• Process payroll, leave applications, and employee benefits.
• Support onboarding and training activities for new employees.
• Assist in drafting HR documents such as contracts, policies, and disciplinary letters.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Organize and manage HR-related events, meetings, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) Management and/or administration.
• Knowledge of Zambian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
