ASSISTANT BROKER – 2 Positions (Kitwe & Lusaka)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Branch Manager
- New business acquisition.
- Underwriting processes.
- Claims Management and processing.
- New and renewal business placement.
- Maintaining customer relations.
- Establishing strong business relations with insurers.
- Credit Control
Key Competencies & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the insurance industry, broking experience will be an added advantage.
- Full Grade 12 Certificate.
- Minimum diploma in insurance studies, a business degree will be an added advantage.
- Sober and a team player.
- Computer literate.
- Valid driver’s license.
