Job Description

1. Preparations of Payment Schedules

2. Raising of Payment Vouchers and Uploading Payments

3. Reconciliation of Petty cash floats and making Reimbursements and posting in Sage Evolution

4. Supplier Registrations.

5. Filing of Withholding Tax returns on ZRA portal and uploading payments

6. Stores issues and receipts

7. Weekly Update and reporting of Cashflow statements.

8. Filling of all payment backs ups in there respective files

Any other ad hoc.
