Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing payments for Suppliers, following up on customer payments
  • Posting daily transactions into Pastel & checking double entries in the Ledger Accounts
  • Bank reconciliations, Managing Petty Cash and Office purchases
  • Assisting in Project costing
  • Production and checking of Customer aging analysis
  • Palmsoft Payroll processing, checks & verifications, initiating bank transfers for payments approvals
  • Preparation and Submission of VAT, RENTAL TAX and PAYE On-line
  • Preparation and Submission of NAPSA, NHIMA Returns, PACRA annual returns
  • General Receipts and Payments, banking and Withdrawals
  • Renewing Vehicles Road Taxes and Insurance

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • ACCA LEVEL II, CIMA LEVEL II, ZICA DIPLOMA IN ACCOUNTANCY, BACHELOR OF ACCOUNTING added advantage from recognized University
  • MALE/FEMALE with 2-3 years minimum experience in Accounting & Finance
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
