We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Accountant / Admin who will play a vital role in supporting our financial and administrative functions, contributing to the smooth operation of the business as we continue to grow and innovate.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Support the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations, journal entries, and payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in line with company policies.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting to align with our growth and innovation goals.
  • Prepare and submit VAT, tax, and other statutory returns.

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, ensuring efficient daily operations.
  • Manage office correspondence, emails, and calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system and manage office supplies.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and schedules.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and maintain personnel records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all financial and administrative tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, aligned with our client-focused vision.
