A reputable firm is looking to hire an Application Operation Officer to handle the day to day management and marketing of their soon to be launched transportation app.
Location: LUSAKA
Salary: NEGOTIABLE

Role Overview: Promote the app and penetrate the market as a new service provider
-Maintain customer satisfaction and improve the app using customer feedback and recommendations
-Maintain proper relationship with authorities, clients and all other stakeholders
-Brand building and maintenance of customer base.
-Carry out all necessary marketing research and activities to expand the app to new markets

*REQUIREMENTS:*
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or public relations from a reputable university.
– ⁠At least 3 years experience with a transportation service like Go, Yango etc
– ⁠Ability to engage in digital and social media marketing with proven track record
– ⁠Specialized in promotion and good at featuring in promotional shoots, videos and voice overs.
