Requirements
-Sale capital Equipment including mobile compressors, handheld tools and accessories, in accordance with agreed sales goals and objectives for the organization.
-Directly get involved in new project development and recommend the right equipment to customers by correct sizing.
-Able to do sales presentations with all types of audiences including high profile company executives.
-Develop aggressive business growth plans for the organization by cross selling and up selling of Power Technique product portfolio.
-Maintain highest possible customer relationship through one-to-one concept and keep regular contact with all Decision Makers especially key account customers through extensive market visits.
-Identify / develop new customers through effective territory management & marketing campaigns
-Liaison with management & other company’s associated departments on matters relating to business strategy and development for the region / client’s base.
-Maintain daily sales activities in cloud for customer system and submit weekly reports on visits, number of quotations sent, order received, to the business Line Manager.
-Scan the business environment for capital equipment opportunities and exploit the same to the benefit of the company.
-Initiate all Quotes thorough Sub Systems C4C, shop online, Business online and SAP.
-Support Capital equipment sales, and dealer development in Zambia, Malawi and Congo DRC.
Experience requirement
-At least 3-4 years’ sales experience with leading Multinational Companies.
-Exposure to sales of Capital equipment and aftermarket sales support.
-Analytical approach towards problem solving
-Excellent negotiations and conflict management skills
-Excellent computer and software management skills.
-Good command of the English language (written and verbal)
-Knowledge of mobile compressors, generators, pumps and handheld equipment, will be an added advantage.
Educational requirements
-Full grade twelve (12) Certificate.
-Degree or Diploma in Engineering Mechanical / Electrical or Degree in Marketing /Business Administration from reputable universities.
-Advanced computer applications, use of MS office tools package

-Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
-Ability to build relationships and work with different individuals.
-Ability to work independently and show initiative
-Willing to travel within and Outside the country to support dealers.
